We are accelerating our digital journey and are seeking a Product Owner to lead our exciting technology initiatives.
A technology-focused company ready to scale
In this role you will work with two core foundations of Gubra. The first is our Contract Research Organization, which delivers value to our customers through numerous teams such as sales, pharmacology, laboratory sciences and data scientists. The second core function is our drug discovery business which aims to discover novel treatments. We have a strong focus on automated high throughput processes. Your goal is to work together to create and implement product strategies and roadmaps that allow Gubra to run and scale our business units efficiently.
Your primary responsibilities will be to:

Collaborate with the Product Development Manager to define and manage product development projects from concept to launch.

Motivate and guide project teams, ensuring a structured and focused approach to product development.

Develop and maintain product documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user stories.

Drive various internal IT system projects, including IT operations support systems, IT inventory management, and data collection systems, in collaboration with the Product Development Manager, CTO, and developers.
An experienced product owner to drive our internal software systems
At Gubra, we believe in the value of building and maintaining our own core software systems. Therefore, you will collaborate with internal life science experts to ensure technical developments align with project goals. You will prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
Additionally, your resume comprises:

Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within product development.

Strong analytical skills.

Ability to define and articulate product value propositions.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.

You will report directly to the CTO and collaborate closely with the Product Development Manager, 5-6 developers, and other internal stakeholders.
