At our office in Hørsholm, the European Innovation Centre (EIC), you will become part of a multicultural environment, where you can count 27 different nationalities among your 150 colleagues. Joining us, you will become part of our EMEA HR team reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, EMEA, Marianne Smedegaard.
Make an impact in an international and entrepreneurial environment
You will be the trusted advisor to the organization where you support, coach and challenge managers to do excellent people management.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Support execution of all HR core processes, including recruitment, on- offboarding, performance management etc.
- Provide advice to the organization regarding employee relations and legislation
- Work closely with payroll, HR data manager and HR-administrator to ensure success in all operational activities
- Promote and facilitate leadership excellence and people performance and development
- Deliver customized team development activities for teams to enhance their collaboration and performance
- Participate in HR working groups involved in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

A smart thinking HR generalist
The key to success in this position is a drive and desire to be involved in all HR activities. Therefore, it is vital that you have a strong HR toolbox and can navigate in both an operational and tactical role. As you will have a very outgoing role interacting with a wide range of people, you enjoy being in contact with many people during your day.
We also imagine that you:
- Have a master’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management
- A few years of relevant HR experience preferable from an international company
- Speak and write English fluently
- Are able to work on own initiative as well as plan and organize own workload
The role is broad, thus provides the right candidate with a unique opportunity to gain experience with a multitude of HR disciplines across the entire employee life cycle from entry to exit.
The anticipated start date for the position is 1 January 2024.
