We currently operate international web shops in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, and the Netherlands, and are expanding into France and other markets in 2026. As part of Creativ Company, a Danish multi-brand organization, this role may involve collaboration with other brands within the group.
The role:
We are seeking a native French-speaking Digital Marketing Specialist to join our export team and help launch and grow our new French web shop. You will play a key role in establishing and enhancing brand awareness for Legeakademiet/ToyAcademy in France.
Key responsibilities:
Establish and optimize the new ToyAcademy web shop, marketing over 5,000 toys for the French market, in collaboration with our French translator and localization specialist.
Execute campaigns and daily marketing activities on Facebook, Instagram, newsletters, YouTube, and other platforms, following our established campaign structure and briefs.
Develop and implement social media strategies in close collaboration with the marketing team.
Manage national media relations and influencer collaborations.
Oversee translations for French marketing activities.
Support a smooth and agile operation, balancing tight brand guidelines with local adaptation and cultural relevance.
About you:
Native French speaker with professional knowledge of the French market.
Educational background in marketing and professional experience in the business.
Positive, open-minded, and up to date with the latest e-commerce platforms, tools, and social media trends.
Skilled in executing social content for branding and engagement.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain structure during busy periods.
Strategic thinker with a passion for market penetration and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Magento 2, Navision, or PIM systems.
Proficiency in social media and online marketing.
Interest in marketing activities on Pinterest, TikTok, or other relevant platforms.
Understanding of data-driven decision-making, new technologies, AI, and market trends.
Experience with Google Ads/Pmax, shopping ads, and a desire to stay informed about the latest developments.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Klaviyo.
Innovative mindset with fresh marketing and PR ideas.
Danish speaking.
Work Environment:
You will be based in our cosy and welcoming office in Hørsholm, close to Kokkedal train station, working alongside a dedicated team of 30 colleagues. While remote work is possible occasionally, we prefer candidates who can primarily work from our office. The position is full-time (37 hours per week), with part-time options available during certain periods.
